📄 fathrConnect Terms of Service

Welcome to fathrConnect. By using or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, if you don't mind. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
"Platform" refers to the fathrConnect website and associated services.
"User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform.
"Influencer" refers to users offering promotional services.
"Brand" refers to users seeking promotional services.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
fathrConnect connects Brands with Influencers for promotional collaborations. We facilitate initiating and managing these collaborations but are not a party to the agreements between Brands and Influencers.
Users agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
Transmit harmful or malicious content.
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Brands: Payments for services must be made through the Platform as per the agreed terms.
Influencers: Payments will be disbursed after successful completion of services, subject to our verification processes.
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Users are encouraged to review this policy to understand the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of fathrConnect or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with POPIA.
fathrConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
